We keep registration simple, personal, and supportive so families feel informed and comfortable before joining the program.

Start with a short registration form, then connect with us to ask questions and confirm next steps.
Step 1: Submit a Registration Interest Form
Begin by completing a short Registration Interest Form (Button below).
This helps us learn a bit about your child and what you’re hoping for from the program.
Submitting the form does not commit you — it simply starts the conversation.
Step 2: Connect & Ask Questions
Once we receive your form, we’ll connect personally to answer questions and share more details about the program.
We typically connect by phone, as this allows us to talk through expectations, answer questions, and make sure the program feels like a good fit for your child and family. Outdoor learning looks different from traditional programs, and we find a conversation helps everyone feel clear and confident moving forward.
Families may also reach out by email or Facebook Messenger if that feels easier.
Step 3: Complete Registration & Paperwork
If the program feels like a good fit, families will receive:
• The Family Handbook
• A detailed registration form
• Consent and waiver forms
• Payment details and next steps
A child’s spot is confirmed once paperwork and registration fees are completed.

Online/Distributive School Funding
Families using distributed learning, online school, or educational funding are welcome to do so. Please let us know during registration if you plan to use funding. Families can connect with your teacher or support contact to confirm details such as allocation amount and payment timing (monthly or full amount).
